The Shiki Cats Post TM
28.05.23 Show
I had the chance to see Cats in Nagoya last month and I still can´t believe it! I was also able to meet an internet friend who also loves the show and it was overall such a nice experience <3
Some pics are blurry but I was shaking haha, shiki was one of my most wanted to see shows, the photos I had seen were always so colorful and looked like so much fun! It did not dissapoint, tough it was very different to the 98 movie (the version I'm the most familiar with) and the past Intl. Tour (The only other version I've seen live) so I was furiously writting notes on things that stood out to me soon after the show.
• Tantomile (she looks like Cassandra) is the first cat you see on stage.
• They do the trapeze bit for jellicle songs for jellicle cats!!!!
• Munk was 😳😳😳 very good voice, super cute with the babies.
• They have both Syllabub and Jemima, Silly is the kitten, the one that helps Griz out, Jemima is a young adult cat.
• The gumbie trio were Tantomile, Jellylorum and Jemima.
• The beetles had wings they could move around as part of the choreo.
• Tugger has one yellow, spotted leg and it makes him look like he's wearing those pants with only one leg??? Very slutty, we love that for him.
• Munk sings the terrible bore line.
• Jellylorum sings the curious beast line.
• Grizabella still has the old cat design, we love to see it.
• Jerrie and Teazer don't do the cartwheels 💔💔💔💔💔
• Teazer is the cutest thing ever though, she was so fun!! I couldn't stop looking at her the whole time, she's already one of my faves but she is PERFECT in shiki.
• There was a little bit where Teazer and Tanto were cuddling behind Old Deut and Teazer kept pawing at her for attention and I melted.
• Pekes and Pollicles is still Munk's number through and thorough. The dog costumes were very cute and there were many different versions and "materials".
• The Rumpus Cat suit has muscle padding?????
• Shiki said Bombastrap rights and I owe them my life. You could see them cuddling on the bg at various points through the show.
• Pass de deux is performed by Tumblebrutus and Cassandra. (Cori and Tanto designs).
• No orgy???? They do dance in pairs but there's no """cuddle""" pile.
• Overall less horny and more playful.
• Tuxedo Mask Macavity my beloved!!!!! I think that's a very fun design for Mac asldjclsjfjskd but the threatening factor is negative, he just looks very fluffy and cute.
• Mac's fur texture and length is very similar to Old Deut's so that's nice!! Loving the family resemblance.
• They do Growltiger!!! I loved seeing the boys in their little pirate costumes 🥺💖🥺💖🥺
• They choreographed the sword fight so the clanks would match the music and it was SO COOL.
• Jelly had such a nice voice.
• SKIMBLESHANKS THE RAILWAY CAT THE CAT OF THE RAILWAY TRAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
• Skimble has a little hat and my friend was telling me they change it for every city to match the uniform of the train conductors in that city. HOW CUTE IS THAT!!!!! 🥺🥺🥺🥺
• The girls are the passengers while the boys are the seats during the play pretend bit asdfkgjslnf
• The fake train has a window so you can see Munk is playing the conductor 🥺🥺🥺
• They also used a teapot as the chimney and it makes teapot sounds, I just loved everything about this number okay!!!!!
• The Macavity fight is a little weird because he doesn't take Munk 1v1 but rather is everyone against Mac from the beginning.
• I really wanted to see this specific Munk fight because of... reasons, so that's a bummer 😞
• Demeter has a deeper voice than what I usually hear for her, I really liked it.
• They let toms join the Macavity number!!!!!!! I was tunnel visioning into Munk but I'm pretty sure Alonzo and Tumble were there too.
• Misto comes down the rope!!!!!!!
• He does a lot more magic tricks, including making things and other cats fly.
• You can hear thunder crackling when he manipulates light, that was a very cool detail.
• Misto and Tugger have a lot of shared choreography, they do several different BFF handshakes 🥺
• Victoria is Misto's assistant for the big trick.
• Sillabub is the one who touches Grizabella first.
• UFO Griz
• They did this very cute thing after final bows where they kept coming to the stage as long as people were still clapping. They went and came back to the stage again at least 7 times until the theater turned up the lights 😹

DAY ONE: WB pulls up with their presentation "The Big Picture". It will be the first Cinemacon for James Gunn in his position as Co-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of DC Studios.

At long last the BALLERINA has pliete into the spotlight. This JOHN WICK spinoff stars Ana De Armas, with Anjelica Huston reprising her role from JOHN WICK 2. It's direct by Len Wiseman who directed the UNDERWORLD films starring his ex-wife Kate Beckinsale.
BORDERLANDS, an action-comedy based on the game, brought to the screen by Eli Roth. Starring Kevin Hart, Jamie Lee Curtis, Jack Black, Cate Blanchett, Haley Bennett and Édgar Ramírez, amongst others.

UNIVERSAL / FOCUS FEATURES: I suspect teases for Dev Patel's directorial debut MONKEY MAN. The film was originally slated to go to Netflix but Jordan Peele, under his Monkey Paw shingle, bought it and took it to Universal so it could have a theatrical release. *Granted, Netflix does a theatrical release for most of their films in certain markets, but I get Peele's rationale.

Their Monsters Universe theatrical idea didn't work, but Universal has realized there is more than one way to skin a cat. They are creating a Universal Monsters themed area at their parks and their monster/horror film ABIGAIL is a re-imaging of DRACULA'S DAUGHTER. It stars Alisha Weir, Melissa Barrera and Dan Stevens and features Angus Cloud in one of his last roles.

THE FALL GUY most definitely will have a place. Same with THE BIKERIDERS (with Austin Butler, Tom Hardy, Jodie Comer, Norman Reedus, Mike Faist, etc.), which was a 20th Century (Disney owned) Film, and even though it was the first major film out the gate ahead of Oscars/Golden Globes' FYC season with a screening and Q&A held in L.A., the studio purposely stalled the engine and towed it off their schedule. It will now be distributed by Focus Features in the U.S., and Universal, internationally.

A tuggoff moment for @storyweaverofgondor’s cats-pril event! Also on Ao3 here.
Tugger let out a dramatic grunt as he hoisted Misto’s arm over his shoulders, earning himself a well-deserved eye roll.
“This really isn’t necessary,” the aforementioned Mistoffelees grumbled, despite the fact that Tugger was definitely supporting most of his weight. The Ball was over, Old Deuteronomy was back, Grizabella was gone, and Tugger really needed his beauty sleep. But first, he had one magical Cat to attend to. 
“Of course not,” Tugger replied silkily, “I’m just very needy and you already know this.”
“Your best-kept secret,” Misto said, shooting Tugger a small smile that made his heart sing.
“Indeedlington. How are the paws?”
“They’ve been better.” 
Misto shook his paws and let out a tiny wince. Tugger felt a stab of guilt. Using large amounts of magic took their toll, and teleporting Old Deuteronomy was the biggest trick Tugger had ever seen Misto pull. Hence he was now all but carrying Misto back to his den. As he should really, it was him who asked Misto to try. He knew Misto didn’t like to make a show of his magic in front of everyone – he was always so scared of hurting someone. Tugger reckoned he was the only one who had gotten past enough of Misto’s walls to know that. Macavity had done that to him and Tugger hated it. He hated how Misto couldn’t see how beautiful it was, how capable he was… how beautiful he was. 
“You were magnificent, Sparkles. Thank you for doing it, I know it was hard for you.”
“Yes, well, the Jellicles took me in and gave me a home. They were kind to me when they didn’t have to be, I had just escaped from their worst enemy. It’s the least I could do. Although,” he paused for a moment to shake his paws out again, leaning more heavily on Tugger, “I am hoping it will not be a regular occurrence.”
Tugger could practically see the waves of exhaustion rolling off of him. Thankfully, his den was just around the corner.
“Shouldn’t be!” he sang. “Munk will find out how he got past our defences, I bet he’s already got a gazillion ideas how, we’ll patch them up and everyone will know how awesome you are!”
Misto jabbed his side with his elbow.
“You act like I’m some sort of superhero, Tugger, but-”
“You’re not the villain he made you think you are,” Tugger interrupted sharply, stopping and twisting to look at Misto. “He made you think your magic was evil and could only be used to hurt people, but look, you just used it to save the Ball! That’s nothing short of spectacular!”
“You say that,” Misto whispered, “but I don’t know if I could have done it if you hadn’t asked. You have a way of making me feel like I can do anything, of bringing out confidence in me I didn’t know was there. I don’t think I would have had the nerve without you backing me.”
“I’ll always back you, Sparkles, always.”
“It’s a gift you have,” he continued, a slight blush the only indication he had heard what Tugger said. “Not many Cats could’ve come up with the perfect song like that on the spot.”
“Flattered though I am that you think I came up with that on the fly, you should know I’ve been working on it all year,” Tugger said. “This just… wasn’t where I intended to use it.”
Misto looked up at him, his brow furrowed. 
“What do you mean?”
Tugger sighed. 
“I mean, I was planning to use it to ask you to dance with me at the Ball. I know Plato and Vic had their moment, but there could’ve been another one, ya know?”
“Dance… like a pas-de-deux at the Jellicle Ball dance?”
“Exactly like that.” Tugger felt heat rush to his face and stared at the ground, his eye catching on a spectacularly ugly broken umbrella. “I’ve known for ages I wanted to ask you, and thought that if I could come up with the perfect song, then you would know how I feel about you. But then dad got kidnapped and I thought maybe it could help you build your confidence to use your magic in front of everyone. Guess I beefed that, huh?”
“A pas-de-deux at a Jellicle Ball means two Cats become mates,” Misto said slowly, his voice tentative. “That’s what Bomba told me, after last year when Demeter and Munkustrap had theirs. It’s your tradition here, right?”
“It’s… yeah. I want that. With you, I mean. If you’ll have me, that is.” Tugger kept his eyes fixed on the ugly umbrella. See, this was why he had spent months working on a song! He could express himself so much better through song! He finally gathered the nerve to look up again, and found Misto gazing at him, his lovely green eyes wide.
“If I’ll have you?” Misto let out a strained laugh. “Do you know long I’ve been scared that the much-adored, popular, could-have-any-Cat-he-wants Rum Tum Tugger wouldn’t look twice at me? That I’ve pushed down feelings I thought were impossible for as long as I’ve known you?”
“You feel it too?” Tugger said, hope rising inside him.
“Like I’ve known you my whole life? Like part of me was missing up till now?”
“Like nothing is right when you’re not there, like my heart belongs to you.”
“Like I love you,” Misto whispered, as Tugger pressed their foreheads together.
“Like I love you,” he said back. “Everlasting Cat, I’m so glad it’s not just me!” Misto laughed softly, and Tugger made sure to store that wonderful sound in his long-term memory.
“I felt it right away,” Misto said, “I just didn’t know what it was. I haven’t felt like this before.”
“Me neither,” Tugger admitted. “But I knew you were perfect for me, I just couldn’t find the right time to say it.”
“So you spent all that time coming up with that wonderful song,” Misto said softly.
“Worth it. You deserve to know how special you are.”
“As much as I don’t think there could have been a wrong time, I think you found the good time here.” With that, Misto leaned up and pressed their lips together. Fireworks exploded in Tugger’s stomach – nothing had ever felt so right. He and Misto were supposed to be mates, he just knew it. They would need to wait until the next Ball for their official pas-de-deux, but no matter. The Everlasting knew She had made them to be together.

Maybe you’ve answered this before, but what’s your favorite headcanon for Victoria’s family?
I don't think I have, so thank you!!
I'm mostly still playing around with family headcanons, but I really like Victoria having a father-daughter relationship with Munkustrap. This is mostly from the actors like Caitlin Bond BTS, though, and I find it interesting how it isn't super rare to see. I think it makes sense given their interactions (but you can say that about Munk with most kittens), so maybe I'm just locking in. I don't remember which production it was, but when Munk mentions Queen Victoria in 'Old Deuteronomy,' Victoria raises her paw, and he smiles at her and paws her, and it was one of the cutest things I've ever seen.

I don't see Munk as being her biological father, but just a presence in her life that always acted as one—she could always go to him if she needed something, y'know? Munk-raising kitten Vic sounds cute to me. I think it also makes sense for why he's watching with Deut while the pas de deux is happening and that one moment in the sixth US tour where he likes lifts her towards Plato. very cute. 
If you want a more actually related HC, the idea of Casslonzo as Victoria's parents has been dancing around my head for a bit, and I think it could be a little funny to play around with. I can't explain why just very elegant, aloof rich parents and their little ballerina.

I absolutely love the way you write Mistoffelees as a demon! I was wondering if you have any specific thoughts about demon!Misto and Cassandra?
Thank you! I'm happy to hear - I feel as though considering his name is Mistoffelees, it's quite literally a hop skip and a jump to Mephistopheles. Seems only a logical progression.
Cassandra greets Mistoffelees in the same way she greets most cats - with a flippant curiosity that just barely makes her head turn towards the stimuli, but you can be assured she's read you to the ground in those split seconds. Her read on the recently solidified Mistoffelees is "Strange, but ultimately uninteresting" (Which he takes *great* offense to when he hears it echoing in his ears across the clearing), which is Cassandra's way of indicating that she'll keep an eye on him.
Mistoffelees looks at her from beneath his lashes, up and down, and recognizes her from a millennia or so back. "You were a cat of a Great Wife," he says, rather cryptically, from above her head one day, to which Cassandra, disguising her surprise remarkably well, coolly responds: "Yes - I was there, after all." And though affronted at the unusually calm and unbothered response, Mistoffelees chuckles, touches his paws back to the ground, and asked how she found the climate.
They keep in quiet company after that thread of tension - never to seek one another out, but never against the idea of when they happened in the same area. They pick at each other, Mistoffelees playfully cursing: "To the void with you" when she steps outside her bounds with him (and technically he has that ability to do so, so how thinly veiled that threat actually is is debatable). Cassandra fears very little, though, and one way to earn Mistoffelees respect is to face any and all threat with ones eyes open. She's never blinked in the face of danger - surely why she sat so primly on the thrones of pharaohs, Mistoffelees thinks from time to time.
Mistoffelees enjoys speaking with Cassandra because, with a little coaxing (sometimes in the manner of sharing a thought or two), she remembers grand balls and parties and bits and pieces of gossip from hundreds of years ago, and Misto does so miss being able to keep tabs on all of those little pieces. Though she has not been truly magical in years, Cassandra is highly susceptible to it, making her an excellent vessel...should she give the permission (Mistoffelees is a master of persuasion, but even the mighty wind that is Misto's silver tongue cannot make the mountains of Cassandra's willpower bend to it should she not want it.
Mistoffelees also holds Cassandra in a very high regard as a dance partner - which is (in his opinion, anyway) something that speaks volumes of her. I just keep thinking of this pas de deux from Mayerling:

(1) Toilette de réception. Jupe en pékin de soie noir et blanc faisant quatre godets derrière et s'ouvrant sur un panneau de bengaline violette de Parme. Corsage en bengaline de même nuance, voilé d'une aube de mousseline de soie boire froncée.
Motifs de guipure en point de France garnissant le corsage et retombant sur la jupe de chaque côté du panneau.
Manches avec épaulières froncées formant un petit bouffant dans le hat et très plates dans le bas. Noeuds de satin noir sur les épaules. Ceinture de satin noir. Col drapé en soie Parme.
(1) Reception toilet. Skirt in black and white silk pekin forming four godets behind and opening on a panel of violet bengaline from Parma. Bodice in bengaline of the same shade, veiled with a veil of gathered silk muslin.
Guipure patterns in point de France trimming the bodice and falling on the skirt on each side of the panel.
Sleeves with gathered shoulder pads forming a small puff in the hat and very flat at the bottom. Black satin bows on the shoulders. Black satin belt. Parma silk draped collar.
Matériaux: 6 mètres de pékin de soie. 9 mètres de soie violette de Parmes. 5 mètres de mousseline de soie.
(2) Toilette de visites pour jeune fille en vigogne naturelle. Jupe unie garnie dans le bas d'une haute bande de 30 à 35 centimètres formée de piqûres et de galon étroit en lain mohair. Haute ceinture recouverte de même galon et fermée par une boucle simulée en drap blanc encadré de castor loutre.
Blouse de vigogne ouverte devant sur une chemisette de soie ivoire plissée. Biais de drap blanc encadres de castor faisant pattes sur le devant. Quatre boutons anciens en vieil argent sont posés devant. Grand col recouvert de galon de laine.

Bandes de vison ourlant de drap. La jupe avec très peu d'ampleur devant et sur les côtés forme trois godets très creux derrière. Corsage de velours vert entrant dans le corselet. Bolero de drap entièrement brodé de soie et de pailletes noires. Epaulières de drap brodé posées sur des manches de velours vert.
Etole en vison posée sur le corsage et retombant en deux pans très courts. Chemisette de tulle malines brodé sur transparent soufre.
Chapeau à fond timbale en broderie d'or mat. Panache de plumes noires avec aigrette sur le devant. Roses thé sur le côté.
(3) Visiting dress for a young woman in Russian green satin cloth. New skirt forming a very fitted bodice and opening on each side on a dark green velvet quille. Strips of mink hemming the sheet. The skirt with very little fullness in front and on the sides forms three very hollow godets behind. Green velvet bodice entering the corselet. Cloth bolero entirely embroidered with silk and black sequins. Shoulders of embroidered cloth placed on sleeves of green velvet.
Mink stole placed on the bodice and falling in two very short sections. Mechelen tulle chemisette embroidered on transparent sulphur.
Hat with beaker bottom in matte gold embroidery. Plume of black feathers with egret on the front. Tea roses on the side.
Matériaux: 4 mètres de drap en 140. 7 mètres de velours. 14 mètres de petite soie pour doublure.
(4) Robe de cachemire drap dahlia. Jupe unie avec baguettes brodées.

Strip of sable posed as a saltire on a small overhanging guipure. Trim on either side of the collar made of small sable heads and paws. Pleated white silk muslin at the collar.
Two velvet flounces, gathered jockeys on the shoulders. Very flat taffeta sleeves.
Matériaux: 14 mètres de petite soie pour doublure, 12 mètres de taffetas et 4 mètres de velours.
(6) Robe de satin de laine bleu foncé. Jupe unie. Collet court en breitschwantz garnie d'une haute bande de mongolie.

Manches presque plates formant dans le haut un bouffant peu volumineux.
(7) Reception toilet in purple velveteen. Plain skirt forming godets behind only. Short bolero closing in the back, trimmed with Flandres point entre-deux and square neckline. Legs on the shoulders covered with guipure. Pleated supple silk chemisette entering under a black satin waistband. Almost flat sleeves forming a little bulky bouffant at the top.
Matériaux: 10 mètres de velvétine en 80 de large, 15 mètres de petite soie pour doublure.
(8) Robe de drap vert amande, forme princess, ouverte sur un empiècement de drap ivoire gansé.
Panneau formant plastron fixé sur le corsage par une garniture de boutons. Volants sur les épaules en drap ivoire soutaché et gansé vert amande. Bande pareille formant ceinture. Garniture de martre blonde en bandes étroites. La jupe s'ouvre de côté sur une seconde jupe de drap ivoire. Manches presque plates avec bande de fourrure et volant de dentelle dans le bas.
Chapeau de feutre beige à fond drapé en velours marron. Oiseau de nuances changeantes sur le côté. Cache-peigne de roses variées.

Thoughts on Tugger and Bomba dancing? How do they dance together and do they like just watching the other dance? How does it vary depending on if they’re preforming or just dancing alone? Are there any special moments related to dance they specifically remember? Tall me everything :D
Oh, Tugger LOVES watching Bomba dance. It doesn't matter whether it's a performance during the Ball or just them dancing alone out in the clearing late into the night, Tugger is always mesmerized watching Bomb move.
But no matter how much he loves sitting back and watching her, he can never resist joining in and dancing with her. Bomba knows just how to dance in a way that she knows makes Tugger's jaw hit the floor.
Of course, Tugger knows how to move, too, and Bomba also will sit and stare and him shaking his hips around before she gives in and joins in. Sometimes, he'll playfully ignore her joining in and continue doing his own thing just to get her to up her movements until finally, he'll grab her by the waist and have her join in.
And their special moment with dancing was definitely their pas de deux. Their pas de deux was on the more sultry side, which wasn't a surprise to anyone at that faithful Ball. Lots of grabbing at each other, paws running down legs and chests. Think of any couple dance from Dirty Dancing, and that was how the Tuggerlurina pas de deux was like.

Dawn was breaking in the park, flooding the place with its first rays and coloring the sky with purple and blue. Through the glass of his cage, Izuku felt their warmth against his feathers, gradually flooding his body with a pleasant sensation. These rare moments of peace reminded him of the months before his capture, when his mother still snuggled up to him to bring him more warmth during the cold nights.
But that was long ago.
The park was beginning to come alive, drowning in the daily brouhaha as the "keepers" appeared here and there. His unfortunate neighbors, more inclined to this way of life, were already awake and noisy, ready for the morning pittance.
Izuku stood still, keeping his eyes stubbornly closed as humans came and went in the various enclosures, calling out to the creatures trapped inside for who knew what, and he didn't react more when someone knocked against the glass separating him from the outside.
Instead, he hid his face so similar to theirs under his wing and huddled a bit more in the false nest.
However, when one of the humans decided finally to enter into his cage, he stood up and hissed violently. The newcomer was tall, much taller than Izuku who was barely up to his waist. He stood back, both hands hidden in leather stretched forward, making sounds that were probably meant to be reassuring, a bucket and a net at his feet. A golden mane surrounded the angular face of the male who, as he lowered himself to his level, attempted an inviting smile. 
Two blue pearls peered down at him.
"Hello Midori," he said, slowly.
If he could, he would burst them.
But the human, as all the others before him, hid his ears under metal and leather, protecting him from his voice. So singing wouldn't do any good beyond attracting more like this one.
Instead, he took refuge as best he could in the heights. He reached the poor block of bark served as his perch, and with his claws clumsily planted in his support, he flapped his wings, - so much shorter than they should be - unbalanced and uncomfortable since the loss of his flight feathers.
Looking at his wings, he felt the urge to cry again at their loss, cut off and stolen away from him, trapping him on the ground and tearing the sky away from him.
He should have taken his first flight weeks ago, now. He should have soared into the sky, a green and free flash as his mother would have been.
He didn't know if he would ever get this chance.
While Izuku was immersed in his thoughts, the blonde approached again, which forced Izuku to hiss louder. A growl left his throat as he unconsciously puffed up his feathers, pointing the mobile claws of his wings at the intruder and slamming his paw against the bark, hoping to scare the newcomer away. 
He didn't want his feathers to be touched. He didn't want anyone to touch him too.
The other one must have understood the message, since he finally backed off with a sigh, speaking in his strange language and dropping some meat at the foot of his perch before retreating from his prison.

L’aube se levait dans le parc, inondant la place de ses premiers rayons et colorant le ciel de pourpre et de bleu. A travers la vitre de sa cage, Izuku senti leur chaleur contre ses plumes, inondant peu à peu son corps d’une sensation agréable. Ces rares instants de paix lui rappelaient les mois avant sa capture, quand sa mère se blottissait encore contre lui pour lui apporter plus de chaleur durant les nuits froides.
Mais c’était avant.
Le parc commençait à prendre vie, se noyant dans le brouhaha quotidien alors que les “soigneurs” apparaissaient ici et là. Ses voisins de malheur, plus prompts à ce mode de vie, étaient déjà éveillés et bruyants, prêts pour la pitance du matin.
Izuku resta immobile, gardant ses yeux obstinément clos alors que les humains allaient et venaient dans les différents enclos, appelant les créatures piégées à l’intérieur pour qui savait quoi, et il ne réagit pas plus quand on toqua contre le verre qui le séparait de l'extérieur.
A la place, il cacha son visage si semblable aux leurs son son aile et se blottit un peu plus dans le faux nid.
Cependant, quand l’un des humains se décida à rentrer dans sa cage, il se redressa et siffla violemment. Le nouveau venu était grand, bien plus grand qu’Izuku qui lui arrivait à peine au bassin. Il resta en retrait, les deux mains cachées dans du cuir tendues en avant, émettant des sons qui se voulaient probablement rassurants, un récipient et un filet à ses pieds. Une crinière d’or coiffait le visage anguleux du mâle qui, alors qu’il s’abaissait pour se mettre à son niveau, tenta un sourire invitant. 
Deux perles bleues le toisaient.
“Bonjour Midori,” dit-il lentement.
S’il le pouvait, il les lui crèverait.
Mais l’humain, comme tous les autres avant lui, cachait ses oreilles sous du métal et du cuir, le protégeant de sa voix. Alors chanter ne servirait à rien au-delà d’en attirer plus comme lui.
A la place, il se réfugia du mieux qu’il pu dans les hauteurs. Il atteignit le pauvre bloc d’écorce qui lui servait de perchoir et les serres maladroitement plantées dans son support, il battit des ailes, - bien plus courtes qu’elles ne devraient l’être - déséquilibré et mal à l’aise suite à la perte de ses plumes de vol.
En regardant ses ailes, il ressentit l’envie de pleurer face à leur disparition, coupées et volées loin de lui, le piégeant au sol et lui arrachant le ciel.
Voilà des semaines qu’il aurait dû prendre son premier envol, maintenant. Un éclair vert dans le ciel comme l'aurait été sa mère.
Il ne sait pas s’il en aura un jour l’occasion.
Pendant qu’Izuku était plongé dans ses pensées, le blond s’approcha encore, ce qui força Izuku à siffler plus fort. Un grondement quitta sa gorge alors qu’il gonflait inconsciemment ses plumes, pointant les griffes mobiles de ses ailes vers l’intrus et frappant sa patte contre l’écorce, espérant faire fuir le nouveau venu. 
Il ne voulait plus que l’on touche à ses plumes. Il ne voulait que plus personne ne le touche.
L’autre dû comprendre le message, car il finit par reculer dans un soupir, parlant dans sa langue étrange et déposant de la viande au pied de son perchoir avant de se retirer hors de sa prison.
